Google API User Data Disclosure – Credbit Practice

Credbit Practice provides an optional Google Drive integration that allows users to connect their own Google account for document-management functionality.
Information accessed
Credbit Practice requests only the Google API permissions reasonably necessary to provide the functionality selected by the user.
For managed Google Drive functionality, Credbit Practice uses the drive.file scope.
How information is used
Google user data accessed through the integration is used only to:
- establish and maintain the user's Drive connection;
- create and manage the application's workspace folder;
- upload authorised documents;
- retrieve authorised documents;
- verify file transfers;
- maintain document references; and
- provide user-requested storage and document-management functionality.
Sharing
Google user data is not sold to third parties.
Google user data is not shared with advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers.
Information may be processed by infrastructure or service providers only where reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or support the requested functionality, subject to applicable safeguards.
Advertising
Google user data is not used for advertising, retargeting, personalised advertising, or advertising measurement.
Artificial Intelligence
Google user data obtained through Google Workspace scopes is not used to train or improve general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
Limited Use
Credbit Practice's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

User control
Users decide whether to connect Google Drive and which Google account to authorise.
Users may disconnect the integration through Credbit Practice and may separately revoke application access through their Google Account.
